Improves overall health
Biotin is fantastic for skin and hair. I am very pleased with this product. After about a week of use, I was pleasantly surprised. My digestion has greatly improved, and the swelling in my body has significantly reduced. I feel like my body functions better. My nails, which used to break easily, no longer do. Hair is growing quickly. I'm a fan! Previously, I bought biotin in Brazil and felt no difference, but after a year without it, my nails wouldn’t stay long. I'm starting supplementation again.
